Commerce Bank’s innovative ControlPay® Advanced allows you to pay your invoices electronically through the Visa® Network. ControlPay® reduces check writing costs and pays a monthly revenue share based on an aggregate volume from all Virginia hospitals that participate in this program. Working with Commerce’s solution will enable you to generate a steady revenue stream and easily improve your overall accounts payable process.
This solution requires no financial investment or cost to participating hospitals and is a web-based application so no software is required. Commerce also has a dedicated team to contact vendors, present the different payment options and enroll them in the ControlPay Advanced solution. As the number of enrolled vendors grows, so does the aggregate volume, which increases the monthly revenue share to each participating Virginia hospital. |

RHC’s Surgical Services Revenue Capture™ program addresses a problem many hospitals don’t even know they have: the failure to capture all of the billable procedures, supplies and equipment used in surgical cases, as a result of misapplied federal billing regulations. Our SSR Program assists clients in taking advantage of federal regulations that permit your hospital to bill for all chargeable services that are documented. Our process strengthens documentation and charge recovery protocols going forward and enables you to recover lost charges for the past year. RHC offers hospitals a complimentary initial review of OR charts and bills to identify your current revenue opportunity.
RHC’s Emergency Department QuickGains® program enables hospitals to maximize revenue capture for patient visits while reducing throughput time and admission delays. Our comprehensive assessment of the charging process identifies weaknesses in documentation, coding, charging, pricing, and billing that prevent the hospital from correctly charging and billing for ED visits. During implementation of the changes RHC provides education for hospital staff that supports maximum revenue capture going forward. RHC offers hospitals a complimentary initial review of ED charts and bills to identify your current revenue opportunity. |
